Flying Fish Initiative for Natural Sustainability ("FFINS", "we", "us") collects personal information through two forms on this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect and why
Contact form — your name, email address, role, and message. We use this only to reply to you.
Partners prospectus request — your name, organisation or family name, email address, and which prospectus you asked for. We use this to send you the prospectus and follow up about a possible partnership.
By submitting either form, you agree to FFINS storing this information for these purposes.
How we store it
Submissions are saved on this website and emailed to contact@ffinstobago.org. We don't share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for 3 years. If a Partners prospectus request grows into an active partnership or funding relationship, the related records are kept for as long as FFINS's standard records-retention practice requires for that kind of relationship instead.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct it if it's wrong, or
- delete it.

Legal and standards basis
This policy is written with reference to Trinidad and Tobago's Data Protection Act, 2011 (Chap. 22:04) — in particular its General Privacy Principles — and international good practice under ISO/IEC 29100.
